What you'll be challenged to do:
This position is responsible for reporting directly to construction sites to observe and document contractor's work conforms to contract requirements, maintaining project files/documentation, compiling and calculating quantities of work performed to be used in calculating monthly contractor payments, and interacting with clients on a regular basis.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare Daily Reports
- Prepare Project Progress Reports
- Monitor Quality Control Testing
- Measure Quantities
- Monitor Contractor Progress
- Assist with Payment Applications and Change Orders
- Assist with Project Filing System
- Perform Constructability Reviews
- Address Technical issues in the field
- Inspection Team Leader
- 10 years of experience
- Associates Degree or 2 years of continued higher education preferred
- Inspection Team Leader (as directed).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- OSHA Safety Training
- Good communication skills
- Must possess a driver's license to fulfill the essential functions of the position
- Preferred BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Preferred Registered Professional Engineer
- NICET IV Certification Preferred
- ACI Field Testing Certification Preferred

Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000
Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location
