See our job opening below. Électromécanicien Anjou Électromécanicien de maintenance Statut : Poste à temps plein, permanent. Horaire de jour : Lundi au vendredi, 9 h 00 à 18 h 00. Disponibilité : Être ouvert à travailler le samedi occasionnellement (selon les besoins opérationnels). Lieu : Anjou, Montréal (ICPM Viandes Intercités). Résumé du Rôle Située à Anjou, ICPM recherche un(e) Électromécanicien(ne) rigoureux pour assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective de nos équipements de production. Sous la responsabilité du superviseur, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réduction des temps d'arrêt machine au sein de notre entrepôt réfrigéré. Ce poste demande une grande autonomie, de la débrouillardise et une excellente gestion du stress. Vos Responsabilités : Diagnostic et Réparation : Identifier les causes de pannes et effectuer les réparations mécaniques, électriques et pneumatiques sur les machines de production. Maintenance Préventive : Réaliser les inspections périodiques et l'entretien préventif selon le calendrier établi. Optimisation : Proposer des solutions pour améliorer la performance et la fiabilité des équipements. Conformité et Hygiène : Compléter les rapports de maintenance et respecter rigoureusement les normes de salubrité alimentaire HACCP / SQF. Sécurité : Veiller au respect des normes de santé et sécurité au travail (SST) lors de toutes les interventions. Profil recherché (Critères de sélection) Formation : DEP ou DEC en Électromécanique des systèmes automatisés ou maintenance industrielle. Expérience : Expérience pertinente en milieu manufacturier ou agroalimentaire (un atout majeur). Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de la lecture de plans, de l'électricité et de la mécanique. Aptitudes : Autonomie, initiative, sens des priorités et excellente capacité d'analyse. Langue : Capacité à communiquer efficacement en français.
