Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all trucks and trailers are utilized effectively and safely
- Support fleet coordinators with scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping
- Coordinate breakdown assistance and roadside support for drivers
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and minimize downtime
- Track vehicle maintenance, registrations, and compliance paperwork
- Assist with communication between drivers, dispatch, and management
- Maintain accurate fleet data and reports
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the trucking/logistics industry (required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with fleet management systems and spreadsheets
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work on-site in our office
