Senior Technician - Regulatory Sciences
Contract until end of year
Must be able to work on a W2
On-site in Fremont, CA
The Sr Technician, Analytical Laboratory Associate supports testing and method development for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in a regulated environment. This role ensures accurate, compliant laboratory work while contributing to product quality and development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing using established methods (e.g., FTIR)
- Support the development and validation of analytical methods and compound identification
- Analyze materials across the product lifecycle and document results clearly
- Follow cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times
- Prepare reports using Excel, Word, and Adobe tools
- Follow SOPs closely and ensure work is completed accurately the first time
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field 3 years of experience (preferred)
- OR 5 years of relevant lab experience
- Background in analytical chemistry required
- Experience with FTIR
- Strong documentation and scientific writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
