Research Associate II
12 month contract
Must be able to work on a W2
On-site in Lexington, MA
Requirements
- Assist in the conduct of nonclinical studies including sample preparation, HPLC-FD analysis, and UPLC-MS/MS analysis
- Perform biological sample preparation for analysis, including blood, urine, tissues, and cells
- Support method development, method qualification, and sample analysis activities using HPLC and other analytical methods
- Manage and interpret experimental data with appropriate documentation
- Prepare reagents as needed
- Support integration of automation and AI into everyday workflows
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Meet program timelines and goals in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in a scientific discipline required
- 1–5 years of pharmaceutical industry or CRO experience preferred
- Background in analytical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related discipline preferred
- Understanding of molecular biology techniques and liquid chromatography principles
- Experience with oligonucleotides preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
