Job Responsibilities
- Leads individuals performing project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivering internal products or administrative systems.
- Oversees plans and directs project schedules and budgets.
- Monitors programs and projects from initiation through delivery while interfacing with internal customers or department personnel.
- Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings.
- Ensures communication facilitates completion of the program or project on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Serves as an individual contributor, applying judgment and professional expertise with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum of 4 or more years of experience
- Ability to apply principles and concepts of own subject/technical discipline in resolving issues as they arise.
- Attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information.
- PMP or equivalent preferred
