Lab Systems Analyst

12-month contract

Onsite in St. Paul, MN


Support and maintain laboratory systems and analytical instruments in a regulated environment. Serve as an SME for lab systems, workflows, and instrument software while ensuring compliance with Quality System requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support laboratory systems, instruments, and CDS platforms
  • Perform instrument qualification (protocols & reports)
  • Execute software installation, validation, and system administration
  • Manage documentation and change control in Windchill
  • Create SOPs, training materials, and train end users


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 3–7 years lab experience (Chemistry/Life Sciences)
  • Experience with Chromatography Data Systems (CDS)
  • Knowledge of LIMS (LabVantage preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong documentation and validation experience
