We are looking for ENERGETIC and FUN coaches that are career-minded to join our team! If you are enthusiastic about being a part of the movement to improve the health and lives of kids, this is the job for you! We are looking for committed coaches to teach our recreational gymnastics and parkour classes, camps, events and after-school programs from ages 18 months and up.

Our programs teach kids how to safely move through obstacles, progress through gymnastics or parkour skills, gain balance, flexibility, agility and strength. We provide a clean, safe and fun environment for our kids to not only develop their athletic skills, but to create friendships and life skills that will last a lifetime. We also strive to provide one of the best, upbeat, fun, inclusive and rewarding work environments possible.
JumpStart's Mission
JumpStart is a non-traditional approach to education that combines fitness and education to reach maximum brain stimulation through active learning. This program transforms modern-day learning into an exciting, challenging and active approach while ensuring safety, play, education, and fun.
Children learn best through active learning (It is a proven fact!) This is a three-hour drop-off program that targets students ages 3 . JumpStart follows a unique curriculum designed to meet the needs of actively growing children through proprioceptive engagement. Students will learn in small groups to ensure children receive the amount of attention they deserve.
Students will follow a yearly lesson plan that identifies monthly and weekly themes with a daily
routine and agenda. Our curriculum emphasizes creativity, physical learning, unique activities, and artistic expression while integrating traditional educational subjects such as math, reading, science, social studies, writing and performing arts.
JumpStart is based on weekly standards that fall in line with monthly themes. Each class
session should be unique, but follow along with daily routines and schedules. GForce
Gymnastics & Parkour is NOT a licensed preschool or daycare, however, JumpStart provides
an early education option that prepares our youth to gain the knowledge and skills
necessary for a successful future. GForce encourages movement and exploration integrated
with top-level teaching and curriculums.
JumpStart integrates the 4 domains provided by the Pre-School Learning Foundation
(Social-Emotional Development Domain, Language and Literacy Domain, English-Language
Development Domain and Mathematics Domain) with movement and exploration. JumpStart
Instructors are required to follow the standards and themes listed on the JumpStart Calendar.
Each month follows a broad theme and focuses on a Letter of the Week, Number of the
Week and Color/ Shape of the Week. GForce Gymnastics & Parkour provides a sample
lesson plan for each week along with a tentative schedule.
GForce understands that
JumpStart Instructors know their students best, therefore, instructors may create/ modify their
own lesson plans as needed, but must be approved by Location Managers or Directors.

Experience with PRESCHOOL age teaching or coaching required. Experience with gymnastics, parkour, dance, cheer, or other coaching is a plus. We are a great place to work for someone with experience and/or education with kids, coaching, and sports. USAG, CPR/First Aid Certification and background checks required for employment.
Pay Range: $20-$22/hour based on experience
Minimum Scheduled Hours: 8:45am-12:30pm, Monday thru Friday (18hr/week)
