What You’ll Do
As an Experienced Restaurant Cook at The Usual, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our menu and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Monitoring food inventory and assisting with stock management.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience as a restaurant cook or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality food and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
