- Safety First: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily, report mechanical issues promptly, and follow all safety protocols.
- Customer Champion: Deliver courteous, professional service to the community and help tag or identify prohibited waste items when necessary.
- Team Leadership: Manage route helpers (when applicable) and work closely with supervisors to continuously improve route efficiency.
- Driver’s License: Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience OR a completed CDL school certificate.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs regularly (and occasionally up to 100 lbs), maneuver in and out of minimum clearance spaces, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
