What You Will Do (The Playbook)
- Execute Marketing & Client Acquisition Strategies: Drive brand awareness and build local relationships using our modern educational marketing platform.
- Recruit & Scout: Actively build, mentor, and scale your own team of financial educators.
- Coach & Develop: Run training sessions, analyze performance data, and help your team members hit their career goals.
- Consult: Analyze client goals to design winning game plans for debt reduction, investments, and wealth protection.
- Coachable: You take constructive feedback, pivot quickly, and run the plays designed for success.
- System-Oriented: You appreciate structure, follow a proven process, and teach others to do the same.
