- Compensation for this role is fully commission-based, with agents typically earning between $65,000-$85,000 in their first year and uncapped earning potential thereafter.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction
- Educate clients by sharing valuable insights about investments, savings, and more
- Collaborate with clients to create tailored financial plans, guiding them through budgeting and investment strategies
- Enhance client satisfaction through upsell and cross-sell opportunities

- You are 18 , a U.S. citizen, and able to pass a background check
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Obtain a Life Producer license within the first two weeks
- Effectively analyze account metrics and provide clear insights
- Have experience in customer service, leadership, or management roles
- Bring a background in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to achieve success
- Excel at negotiation or easily resolve technical challenges
