As a vital part of our team, the Client Solutions Specialist will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts on a part-time basis. This role combines customer service, contract fulfillment, and relationship-driven sales while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Daily Responsibilities: Client Solutions Specialist

• Serve as the key contact for clients, ensuring their total satisfaction
• Interact with clients and associates, providing timely, professional, and courteous support
• Share financial knowledge and educate on business, investment, insurance protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning
• Develop customized financial plans, guiding clients through budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning
• Grow account value through upsell and cross-sell opportunities and maintain high client satisfaction
• NO Cold Calling, NO Door Knocking
  
  

Requirements Of Client Solutions Specialist

• 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
• Pass a background check
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer relationship management skills
• Must have or obtain within first 2 weeks a Life Producer license
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting
• Ability to interpret account health metrics and prepare concise summaries
• Experience or aptitude for identifying expansion opportunities
  
  

Additional Qualifications

• Preferred backgrounds include customer service, leadership, and management
• Education, coaching, military, or elite athlete backgrounds are a great fit, but not required!
• Entrepreneurially-minded, self-motivated, and desire to grow and help people
