- Act as the key contact point for clients, ensuring total satisfaction in a part-time role
- Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to clients and associates
- Educate clients on financial topics including business, investment, insurance protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning
- Assist clients in developing customized financial plans, guiding them through budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning
- Drive growth of account value through upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
- 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
- Completion and passing of a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent customer relationship management skills
- Must acquire or have a Life Producer license within the first two weeks
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting skills
- Analytical ability to interpret account health metrics and prepare concise summaries
- Experience in identifying expansion opportunities
- Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, and management are preferred
- Experience in education, coaching, military, or elite athletic background is valuable
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurially-minded with the desire to grow and assist others
- Advanced negotiation techniques or technical troubleshooting skills can be advantageous
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
