Join our dynamic team as a Client Consultant, serving as the key contact for our clients and ensuring their total satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in interacting with clients and associates, delivering timely, professional, and courteous support! NO experience needed, we will mentor highly motivated individuals!

Key Responsibilities

• Directly engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. ( All training provided!)
• Develop customized financial plans, guiding clients through the intricacies of budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning.
• Ensure optimal client interaction with NO cold calling or door knocking involved.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Life Producer license within the first two weeks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for managing customer relationships.
• Familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce and able to interpret account health metrics.
• Experience in identifying expansion opportunities, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  
  

Additional Qualifications

• Preferred backgrounds: customer service, leadership, and management.
• Backgrounds in education, coaching, military, or elite athletics are highly valued, though not required.
• Entrepreneurially-minded, self-motivated individuals with a desire to grow and help others are ideal candidates.
