Position Overview
We are seeking a Software Developer to work in-office (part-time or full-time) to help develop, improve, and maintain our internal software systems. This role will work closely with our team to understand real-world operational needs and build practical solutions from end to end.

Key Responsibilities
- Continue development of existing internal software tools and systems
- Collaborate with team members to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Design and implement solutions to streamline operations and reduce redundant data entry
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve current software
- Assist in integrating multiple systems into a unified platform
- Ensure usability and simplicity for non-technical team members
Qualifications
- Experience with software development (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving project needs
- Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical team members
- Motivated, reliable, and willing to take ownership of projects
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with web development (front-end and/or back-end)

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
