Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond, VA for a Personal Lines Account Manager. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring comprehensive insurance solutions for clients. Daily tasks will include responding to client inquiries, assisting with policy selection and acquisition, managing claims and billing issues, and identifying additional coverage options for clients, marketing and issuing polcies (home, auto, motorcycle, RV, boat, umbrella, dwelling fire etc) Over 15 different carriers, agency management system-Hawksoft, PL Rater
Qualifications
- Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Personal Insurance and Insurance policies
- Knowledge of multi line, independent agency carriers for personal lines (Auto Owners, Hanover, Travelers, Safeco, Donegal, Utica, Loudoun as an example)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- P&C License with 3-5 Years min experience
