ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards
- Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned
- WORK SCHEDULE - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING** This position works a set schedule of Saturday through Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. This is a first shift opening, and the schedule is fixed to meet consistent customer service needs — there is no flexibility to adjust these days or hours. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel & Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Familiarity with inventory systems and handheld scanners is a plus
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience, preferred
