Your tasks
- Performs ongoing preventive maintenance of assembly fixtures, workstations and equipment. Update maintenance database and documentation.
- Manage maintenance inventory supplies for critical equipment to minimize line downtime.
- Ensure facility adheres to OSHA, Building Code and LEED Standards while performing basic building repairs and audits.
- Conducts daily routine checks thru building to ensure building and equipment is in good working conditions.
- Associate's degree (A. A. or A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school plus, basic electricity, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and similar facilities repairs knowledge
- Experience with Forklift/scissor lift
- Knowledge of AutoCad, Solid Works or similar software
- Experience MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Outlook and internet research
- 10 hours OSHA, Fire Extinguisher, Fall Protection, Fire Sprinklers, Building Code and LEED knowledge
