Straightening & Grinding Technician

Your tasks

• Operate HMI control panels to adjust robotic parameters and monitor system status.
• Adjust and change of grinding belts and cutting tools.
• Operate and monitor automatic straightening machines and fully automatic grinding lines to ensure efficient and qualitive production of the parts.
• Preparing grinding belts.
• Visual quality control after the grinding process to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of grinding line machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality inspections.
• Other duties as required.
  
  

Your profile

• Experience in the handling of FANUC or ABB Robots.
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of grinding processes; ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• 3 years of experience in operating automatic lines or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment.
