Financial Management : Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for manufacturing operations. Project Control : Oversee capital expenditure, cash flow, and financing, ensuring alignment with Treasury and Divisional Controlling. Cost Management : Monitor manufacturing costs, identify trends, and implement cost-control measures. Strategic Insights : Provide financial insights to drive decision-making and improve profitability. Inventory Management : Oversee inventory valuation and ensure accurate financial reporting. Business Partnership : Collaborate with local management to enhance productivity and efficiency. Accounting & Control : Maintain company accounts, sub-ledgers, and internal control systems. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with local and US government regulations, including tax accounting. Auditing & Reporting : Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or an equivalent advanced degree preferred. 7 years of experience in finance roles within the manufacturing industry, demonstrating a proven track record Ability to pass company post-employment physicals, controlled substance testing, and background / security checks as required.
