What are the responsibilities and job description for the RT/MT/PT/UTT Level II Technician position at GEV Wind Power?
Job duties to be performed, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- May require regular travel to jobsites, depending on location, to various Oil & Gas midstream sites
- Perform testing of welds on carbon steel, stainless steel, piping, vessels, etc. to ensure integrity per regulations
- Complete reports of test data and provide to clients
- IRRSP or Radiographic State Carded mandatory
- Level II certification in RT, MT, PT, UTT preferred
- Must be willing to travel (depending on location)
- Must be able to meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs,, walk, stand, climbing on ladders or scaffolding,
- Must be able to pass a preemployment, random and annual DOT drug & alcohol testing
- Must be able to pass and maintain a satisfactory criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license
