Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Houston FIFA Fan Festival Parking Operations Staff position, located in Houston, TX. The Parking Operations Staff will be responsible for directing vehicles to designated parking areas, assisting with traffic flow, providing excellent customer service to event attendees, and ensuring compliance with parking protocols. Team members may also be tasked with monitoring parking lots, managing entry and exit points, and providing accurate parking information to guests. Maintaining a safe and organized environment is a core responsibility of this role.
Qualifications
- Ability to assist with traffic flow and direct vehicles efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for interacting with event attendees
- Effective communication skills and the ability to provide clear directions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow parking protocols and safety procedures
- Physical stamina to perform duties such as standing for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience in event parking operations or logistics is a plus
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
