What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reading Specialist position at Gettysburg Area School District?
Reading Specialist needed at James Gettys Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year.
The teacher provides instruction in a manner that is consistent with accepted professional standards. This instruction may be individual, group, or classroom and is in accordance with the required curriculum and/or applicable IEP.
A valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification as a Reading Specialist PK-12 is required.
Applicants must complete the online application and upload additional required paperwork. All applicants will be subject to the requirements set forth under Act 168 of 2014.
