Customer Service / Order Management Associate
Wholesale Nursery – Davie, FL
We are a growing wholesale nursery located in Davie, Florida seeking a dependable, organized, and plant-loving team member to join our office and operations staff.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to wholesale clients
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and account information
- Assist with inventory tracking and inventory control
- Coordinate with sales and nursery staff regarding product availability
- Maintain organized records and data entry
- Support daily office and administrative operations
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Must enjoy working with plants and the nursery industry
- Previous customer service, nursery, landscaping, or horticulture experience is a plus
Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
