Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Punta Gorda, FL at our CDJR Store. The Sales Professional will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits, conducting test drives, and handling sales transactions. Additionally, the role involves staying up-to-date with product knowledge and participating in sales training sessions to continually improve sales techniques and performance.
Qualifications
- Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of automotive products and features, with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using sales and customer management software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
