As a BDC Associate you will:
- monitor and contact internet leads
- work directly with customers to help determine their automotive needs
- schedule customer appointments to meet with a sales associate to complete the buying process
- follow up and maintain relationships with former customers

- Prior customer service experience
- Prior BDC experience a plus
