We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn email into a high-performing revenue channel. This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our email program—driving engagement, retention, and conversions across the customer lifecycle.
This isn’t just a “send emails” role. You’ll be expected to build smart automation, segment audiences effectively, and use data to continuously improve performance.
- Own and execute GetOut’s email marketing strategy end-to-end
- Build, launch, and optimize automated flows (welcome, onboarding, churn prevention, winback, etc.)
- Develop and manage audience segmentation to improve targeting and personalization
- Plan and execute campaign calendars aligned with promotions, partnerships, and seasonal moments
- Write, edit, and optimize email copy (or collaborate with copy/design teams)
- Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue per send, etc.) and make data-driven decisions
- A/B test subject lines, content, timing, and segmentation strategies
- Maintain and improve email deliverability and list health
- Collaborate with growth, partnerships, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Identify opportunities to increase LTV through lifecycle marketing
- 2–5 years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing
- Strong experience with Klaviyo (required)
- Deep understanding of email automation, segmentation, and customer journeys
- Proven track record of driving revenue through email campaigns and flows
- Comfortable working with email analytics and translating data into actionable insights
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email is a plus
- Experience in subscription, membership, or e-commerce businesses is a plus
- Increased revenue contribution from email
