This position is primarily responsible for global applicationsupport on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and localancillary systems with interfaces included. Its main goal is tosupport global business operations running smoothly andeffectively within, but not limited to, the SAP FI/CO modules. Thisposition is responsible to manage ERP and related ServiceNowtickets & change requests with prioritization, tracking, andescalation. The position delivers these objectives bycollaborating with internal, external, local and global resources.
- Responsible for minor, pre-approved and emergencychanges including planning, implementation, budgeting andreporting.
- Tracks all changes and development efforts includingtimelines within various systems.
- Responsible for incidents and changes in which 3rd partysupport provider couldn't understand or resolve.
- Approve Change Requests as a Change manager.
- Ensure completion and correct format of change documents.
- Monitors KPI's within respective modules.
- Facilitate communication between Key Users and 3rd partysupport provider.
- Moderates SAP Key User meetings in their responsible area/ module.
- Supports the creation of SLA reports.
- During escalations of unresolved incidents or changes, takeappropriate action and inform all stakeholders.
Experience/ Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or computer science related field.
- Profound experience in SAP Service Management - specifically, but not limited to, in the SAP FI/CO modules.
- Expert in SAP FI/CO module(s)
- Experience with CRM or BI applications are a plus
- Experience with ancillary systems is an advantage (FIS, Ariba, Fiori,Paymetrics, Vertex)
