Job Overview

Supports manufacturing by performing equipment set-up and changeovers in a timely and efficient manner; m aintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various machinery and production equipment.

Job Responsibilities And Essential Duties

• Responsible for set-up, operation, and changeover of all manufacturing equipment to meet production deadlines and minimize machine downtime
• Perform, generate and maintain preventative maintenance tasks as required
• Assists Manufacturing Engineering in the troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and processes as needed
• Organize and maintain work area and spare parts inventory
• Assist with the qualification/validation of test and production equipment, as needed
• Assists in special projects as needed
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills both oral and written (English)
• Basic computer skills including MS Office applications (Word/Excel)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instruction (English)
• GMP’s/medical device manufacturing and/or working in a clean room environment a plus
  
  

$20-30/hour Depending On Experience $2.50/hour shift differential
