Job Overview
Support various engineering groups with prototype builds, test features, completing protocols/documentation and making recommendations for resolution of Design/Manufacturing problems. Position is designed to prepare technicians for a move to various engineering groups in technician positions.
Job Responsibilities And Essential Duties
- Make recommendations for resolution of Design/Manufacturing problems
- Support various engineering groups with prototype builds, preparing test procedures & building test features
- Perform test protocols and complete all required documentation
- Prepare basic ECRs and DCNs to document recommended changes
- Provide limited support on special projects by directions from Sr. Engineers.
- Associates or Technical Degree in Electronics
- 2-3 years of previous technical experience or related work experience required
- Continuing education towards Associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
- Working knowledge of basic computer skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills, a team player
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
