Preschool Aide

In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to implement educational activities, support classroom management, and foster the social and emotional development of preschool children. Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers with lesson planning and implementing curriculum tailored to early childhood development standards.
• Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for children.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math skills, social skills, and emotional growth.
• Help monitor children’s behavior using positive behavior management techniques to encourage cooperation and respect.
• Collaborate with teachers to track developmental progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
• Support daily routines such as snack time, restroom breaks, and outdoor play to ensure smooth transitions throughout the day.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or educational support roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
• Ability to assist with classroom management and behavior guidance strategies.
