Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Chauffeur to provide safe and efficient transportation services for our clients. This role requires a commitment to punctuality and safety, making it essential for the Chauffeur to be attentive and courteous at all times.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles, including limousines, vans, and other transportation modes as required.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of clients at designated locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle interior and exterior.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition; perform basic mechanical checks as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs during transport.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while adhering to company policies regarding safety and service.
- Manage schedules effectively to accommodate client requests and changes in itinerary.
- Assist with luggage handling or any other special requirements for clients, ensuring a high level of hospitality throughout the journey.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus.
- Experience in driving various types of vehicles including vans, box trucks, school buses, or limousines is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle issues and perform minor repairs if needed.
- Previous experience in hospitality or shuttle driving is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to navigate using GPS systems or maps efficiently.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours as required by client schedules.
- A professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding client information.
