Get Well Home Health, Inc is looking for RNs, LVNs, and HHAs to join the team. We are a growing company situated in Santa Clarita Valley.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Administer medication to patients.
- Create reports to track the patients' progress.
- Work with other professionals to create treatment plans.
- Clean and re-dress wounds if needed.
- Measure vital signs.
- Monitor changes in behavior and progress.
QUALIFICATION:
- Possess a strong initiative to keep the agency in compliance
- Well organized and self motivated
- Self-starter and able to work independently under the supervision of the Director of Nursing
- Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills
- Excellent computer skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CA RN, LVN, or HHA license required
- Valid CA driver's license
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
