Get Weird Smoke Shop is looking for an experienced candidate for a Trainee Management position.

Required to apply:
- Prior Smoke Shop experience.
- Depth of product knowledge.
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED
- A positive "can do" attitude.
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent time management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Effective time management.
- Competence managing day-to-day store function and sales.
- Computer literacy with an emphasis on Google Suite.
- Staying up to date on product knowledge.
- Completing weekly store counts.
- Completing weekly bank deposits.
- Creating shift schedule for the retail staff.
- Creating and managing daily task sheet.
- Communicating product needs to warehouse staff.
- Communicating policy information, store changes and product updates to staff quickly and efficiently.
- Communicating issues to District Manager or upper management.
- Lead the store team with a calm and respectful attitude.
- Managing staff and delegating tasks to ensure store cleanliness and product organization
- Interviewing and hiring new staff members.
- Training staff members and new hires on processes and product information.
- Holding staff accountable and issuing disciplinary action when necessary.
