What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kayak Tour Guide position at Get Up And Go Kayaking?
Our expanding premiere kayak tour company in the Naples, Florida area is looking for eco-loving individuals to be our lead guides. Our kayak tours are done in 100% clear kayaks and we are the only of this kind in the area.
Qualifications:
Able to be hired in United States - must be willing to take drug test and background check
Available multiple days of week/weekend
*Hours are generally 8am-8pm*
Able to lift 50 pounds (kayaks)
Must be able to *tow* a trailer. We will provide the vehicle and trailer which you will pick-up and return.

Responsibilities:
Give guided eco tours near Naples, FL.
Provide relevant information about the tour/area. (Training will be given).
Ensure safety for all guests and help assist in paddling technique and skill.
Clean equipment after each use.

- Do you have kayaking experience in Southwest Florida?
- We are a mobile operation, do you have experience towing a boat or trailer?
- This is a part-time contract position 2-3 days per week plus fill-in.. We use tandem kayaks that weigh 50 pounds. Our tour guides have to load and unload them out of the trailer without dragging them. Are you able to lift a 50 pound kayak over your head?
