What You’ll Do

• Earn hourly from day one: Get compensated while learning and generating leads
• Engage with homeowners: Discuss and assess homeowners solar energy needs
• Build your pipeline: Connect with homeowners, and set qualified appointments
• Educate and Inspire: Deliver impactful presentations that showcase the value of Get Smarter Solar's offerings.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18
• Exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing with a knack for connecting with others.
• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and disciplined, with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with extended periods of walking and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle.

Compensation:

• Junior Consultants: Earn a base rate of $20 per hour plus commission.
• Certified Consultants: Opportunity to earn $250,000 or more annually, based on performance and sales results.
