RBT Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics in the Baltimore County area.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
- Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
- Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.
- Flexible Hours: Daytime, afternoon, and early evening shifts available.
- Serve Families Near You in: Towson (21204), Owings Mills (21117), Catonsville (21228), Essex (21221), Dundalk (21222), Pikesville (21208), Woodlawn (21207), and Cockeysville (21030).
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).
- High school diploma or GED required.
