Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
- Develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans.
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
- Monitor client data and adjust plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance.
- Current BCBA Certification is required.
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
- Experience in program development and RBT supervision.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation for local travel.
