What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper Assistant/Administrative Assistant position at Get Right Enterprises, LLC?
Our team is looking for a seasoned person that is experienced in bookkeeping and proficient in QuickBooks Online. This individual needs to be comfortable speaking with customers, answering phone calls, organizing receipts/invoices, invoicing, emailing, and paying vendors for work completed. You will work closely with our Owner and Office Manager/Bookkeeper and assist them with organization and administrative duties. This position is part to full time.
Would be nice someone familiar with up to date in technology.
You must be dependable, responsible, honest and drug free. This is a smoke free environment. References are required.
Pay will depend on experience and how well you consistently perform your duties.
