Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with Behavior Therapists and families across various environments, including homes and clinics.
- Actively engage as a key member of a committed team, contributing to weekly supervisory and team meetings.
- Design and oversee individualized goals and strategies for each child, systematically analyzing data to monitor progress and participating in IFSP and IEP meetings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each child’s unique needs and strengths.
- Develop and implement effective behavior plans, ensuring consistency in execution.
- Regularly meet with caregivers to offer support, education, and guidance.
- Certification as a BCBA and licensure as a LABA in Massachusetts (candidates pending MA Licensure will also be considered).
- Essential experience working with children.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required.
- Proven expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring behavior therapists is highly desirable.
