Volume Management: Keep an eye on work volumes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Collaborative Communication: Work closely with technicians and other team members to resolve any scheduling issues.
Accurate Processing: Ensure service orders and repair tickets are handled accurately and efficiently.
Leadership Potential: Gain valuable experience that could position you as a lead or primary technical resource within our team.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Previous dispatching experience is essential.
Communication Skills: A clear, understandable speaking voice and good telephone skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to keep things organized and on track.
Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
Availability: Flexibility for a rotating Saturday shift is a plus.
Requirements
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Must pass a background check.
