About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Non-profit Finance Specialist to join us part-time. In this role, you will collaborate directly with our President, managing a portfolio of finance duties and supporting our full-time bookkeepers.

Compensation
This position offers an hourly wage of $32.50 with potential for future growth into a full-time, benefitted role. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses and conduct re-evaluations every six months to ensure fair compensation.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Review client financial statements on a monthly basis.
- Prepare financial statements for client management and board presentations.
- Assist in functional expense allocations for clients and firm management.
- Manage restricted fund accounting for clients.
- Support clients in grant reporting.
- Prepare cash flow forecasting statements.
- Aid data entry bookkeepers with reconciliations and other tasks as required.
- Assist clients in providing information to tax preparers and auditors.
- Maintain awareness of client deadline calendars.
- Collaborate with the team on special projects as assigned.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-profit finance accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
- Demonstrated history of prompt and professional response to client inquiries.
