Certified Scrum Master - Agile Leadership in Software Development

In this role, you'll focus on fostering continuous development within the Agile framework, driving improvements in development processes, and enhancing product quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve and Support: Play a crucial role in assisting the Product Owner and Development Team, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.
• Lead by Example: Embody the principles of Scrum and Agile through servant leadership, setting a standard for the team.
• Guide and Coach: Help both the Scrum and Development teams embrace Agile/Scrum practices and values, maximizing self-organization and addressing any gaps in the framework.
• Promote Improvement: Continuously drive the development of Agile practices, focusing on both process efficiency and team dynamics.
  
  

Education And Experience Requirements

• Certification: First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a software development team.
• Skills: Strong background in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Scrum patterns and techniques, including burndown charts and retrospective formats. Ability to differentiate between Scrum practices and non-Scrum approaches.
• Tools: Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Experience: 2-4 years as a Certified Scrum Master, with a preference for experience in healthcare product delivery and Agile software development.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong teamwork abilities and the capability to understand diverse viewpoints and build consensus.
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
