What You'll Do
- Client Leadership: Foster strong, daily relationships with clients, offering expert advice on digital business strategies.
- Innovative Solutions: Propose new project ideas that align with both client and brand objectives.
- Program Support: Champion the development and implementation of new programs that drive client success.
- Financial Stewardship: Take ownership of client financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and investment management.
- Team Alignment: Ensure the right team members are aligned with business needs, optimizing staff engagement and productivity.
- Industry Insight: Maintain a broad understanding of the client’s industry and customer needs to deliver strategic recommendations.
- Presentations & Strategy: Lead client presentations, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members, fostering professional growth through ongoing feedback and support.
- Brand Building: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build and maintain strong, active brands.
- Storytelling: Inspire clients with compelling storytelling that brings strategies to life.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure all deliverables are provided within agreed-upon timelines.
- Partnership: Work closely with clients and operations teams to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding of financial responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10-12 years of experience in integrated marketing, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in creative agency work, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
