- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 8 to 12 years in DEI roles, demonstrating a successful track record in developing and leading DEI programs.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends and leverage insights for decision-making.
- **Cultural Competency**: In-depth understanding of DEI principles, effectively applied in diverse contexts.
- **Project Management**: Proven project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
