## Position Overview

Collaborating with senior leaders, you will integrate DEI principles throughout our operations and drive impactful changes within the organization.

## Key Responsibilities

### Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement DEI strategies that support overall business goals.
  • Act as a thought leader in DEI, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Partner with senior leadership to incorporate DEI objectives into business strategies and performance metrics.

### Program Development

  • Create and execute DEI programs, policies, and practices that enhance workplace culture.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing a diverse talent pool.

### Training and Education

  • Oversee the development and delivery of DEI training and educational programs for all employees.
  • Foster cultural competency and awareness through workshops and seminars.

### Metrics and Reporting

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to DEI progress.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on DEI impact to senior management.

### Community and External Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and community groups to promote DEI efforts.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and forums on DEI topics.

### Policy and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with relevant DEI laws and regulations.
  • Address issues related to discrimination and inequality in the workplace.

### Culture and Employee Engagement

  • Promote an inclusive culture that values diversity, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as a resource for employees from underrepresented groups, providing needed support and guidance.

## Required Skills and Qualifications

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • **Experience**: 8 to 12 years in DEI roles, demonstrating a successful track record in developing and leading DEI programs.
  • **Leadership**: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends and leverage insights for decision-making.
  • **Cultural Competency**: In-depth understanding of DEI principles, effectively applied in diverse contexts.
  • **Project Management**: Proven project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • **Relationship Building**: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including employees and community organizations.
