Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic intake services and provide sexual health counseling under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
Document patient consultations accurately in the practice's electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Review medication and treatment plans.
Coordinate patient referrals.
Efficiently manage caseload from a home office environment.
Attend scheduled meetings with team members and leadership.
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of clinical or telehealth/telemedicine experience.
Proficiency with computers/technology (Typing speed: 60 WPM).
Exceptional customer service, leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Access to a high-speed, hardwired internet connection.
Experience working with adult populations and in telecommuting or call center settings.
Familiarity with clinical telephone triage and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Education And Certifications
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
Comfort with long periods of phone communication.
