Responsibilities
Managing email inboxes
Creating and sending invoices
Following up on travel arrangements
Assisting with the payroll process
Corresponding with clients and clients' clients
Light CRM administration
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Must be a self-starter who requires little direction or oversight (enjoy creative freedom!)
Reliable internet connection
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to accurately type at least 50 WPM
Extreme attention to detail
Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Basic understanding of databases
Strong organizational and time management skills
High commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Ability to pass our skills assessments and tests
