Key Responsibilities
Manage comprehensive administrative tasks for the Executive including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
Serve as a professional point of contact between the Executive and internal or external stakeholders, handling communications with discretion and confidentiality.
Draft, edit, and prepare documents including emails, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes to support organizational objectives.
Handle sensitive information and high-level confidentiality matters with the utmost discretion.
Organize and maintain complex schedules and coordinate logistics for various meetings and events.
Support the Executive team in travel arrangements and accommodation planning.
Oversee expense reporting and management for the Executive team.
Facilitate effective communication within the executive team and across departments, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions, maintaining a positive image and ensuring thorough follow-through on all tasks.
Lead and manage special projects from inception to completion, coordinating resources and maintaining timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of experience in supporting C-Level executives.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Exceptional communication and time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed.
