Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from lenders, financial institutions, and consumers about HUD FHA and reverse mortgage solutions.
- Deliver clear and precise information to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to enhance customer service.
- Support the team with additional tasks as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in navigating CRM platforms and relevant online tools.
- Capable of typing at a minimum of 35 words per minute.

- Two to four years of college education or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
